Now we're looking for a detail-oriented Content Manager to keep our website and course platform running smoothly, from published pages to polished video lectures. If you love organizing content, have an eye for quality, and enjoy the mix of creative and technical work that comes with managing digital learning materials, we'd love to meet you.

This is a full-time, remote role.

Why This Role Is Different

As our Content Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of our website and our Learning Management System, making sure every course, page, and recording looks professional and works flawlessly for the thousands of learners who rely on it. Your work directly shapes how students experience our courses - from the moment they land on a course page to the moment they hit play on a lecture.

You'll take ownership of content publishing end-to-end, working closely with Marketing, Instructors, and Operations to keep our platforms accurate, current, and error-free.

What You'll Do

• Publish, format, and update text, images, and multimedia content on our website
• Upload and manage course materials, structures, and student resources within our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Process recorded materials (webinars, lectures, and more) to prepare them for publishing
• Perform basic video editing - trimming, adding text overlays, and simple transitions - for course materials and promotional content
• Ensure all published content is well-structured, error-free, and displays correctly across both the website and the LMS
• Flag and troubleshoot formatting or display issues before content goes live
• Collaborate with Marketing and Instructor teams to keep content accurate and on-brand

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Content Manager, Content Administrator, or in a similar role is a plus
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, iMovie, or similar software)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Nice to Have

• Experience in the online education or EdTech industry
• Familiarity with audio/video processing tools beyond basic editing
• Experience maintaining or organizing large content libraries
• Basic understanding of web publishing or HTML formatting
