Projects may also be critical to maintaining market-share or shareholder confidence and value, while delivering cost-effective and architecturally compatible solutions.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProject Managers facilitate cross-functional and cross-organizational team members in a matrixed-managed environment.\nThey are responsible for project communications, project schedule and financial management, issue and risk tracking, and change management activities.\nProject Managers apply their business and technical knowledge to initiate corrective actions, as appropriate, to ensure that deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.\nResponsible for the selection, development, motivation, appraisal and salary recommendations of project managers who are your direct-reports.\nAssist project managers in prioritizing work, issue resolution, creating management presentations, status reporting and review of communications beyond working teams.\nBuild relationships with business leaders to understand business objectives and priorities requiring project support. In collaboration with leaders maximize productivity on projects through effective resource assignments, training, monitoring and coaching to ensure resources are delivering consistent value.\nPresent and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.\nRecruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.\nAnalyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.\nConfer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.\nReview and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.\nDirect, review and approve product designs and changes.\nConsult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications\nSkills/Qualifications:\nUses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.\nAbility to work independently and manage one’s time.\nKnowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.\nKnowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.\nKnowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Experience Gathering Business requirements\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.\nPMI or PMP certification preferred.\n5-7 Years' Experience Ure Alignment to Selected Title\nBenefits:\nPaid sick leave, Medical/Dental (optional), 401 (k) Retirement Plan (optional), Employer Paid Life Insurance, Employer Paid Short Term Disability, Optional Life Insurance.\nELYON International, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
