This individual will work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and program stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Salesforce requirements.\nTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and Salesforce solution recommendations.\nConfigure and enhance Salesforce solutions using declarative platform capabilities.\nFacilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions.\nConfigure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and Salesforce Flow.\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and operational decision-making.\nCollaborate with Salesforce Developers and Architects on solutions requiring custom development or complex integrations.\nRecommend Salesforce best practices and identify opportunities to improve business processes through platform automation.\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, release readiness, and implementation activities.\nAssist with data migration, data validation, data quality, and reconciliation activities.\nSupport user adoption through documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.\nSupport production troubleshooting and continuous platform improvement.\nEnsure Salesforce solutions align with applicable federal security, privacy, accessibility, and governance requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\n4+ years of Salesforce implementation, consulting, administration, business analysis, or related platform experience.\nHands-on experience configuring Salesforce solutions.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, security, automation, reports, and dashboards.\nExperience with Salesforce Flowand other declarative platform capabilities.\nDemonstrated experience gathering and translating business requirements into technology solutions.\nExperience developing functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nExperience supporting UAT, releases, and production implementations.\nUnderstanding of Agile software delivery practices.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.\nAbility to meet applicable federal background investigation requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting federal government, federal healthcare, or health IT environments.\nExperience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.\nExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, or Government Cloud.\nExperience supporting Salesforce integrations and data migration initiatives.\nFamiliarity with APIs, integration concepts, and enterprise application environments.\nExperience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.\nPreferred Certifications\nSalesforce Certified Administrator\nSalesforce Certified Business Analyst\nSalesforce Platform App Builder\nSalesforce Service Cloud Consultant\nSalesforce Experience Cloud Consultant\nOther relevant Salesforce certifications\n**Disclaimer: This position is contingent upon ELYON’s receipt of contract award, Government acceptance of the proposed candidate, completion of required onboarding, and continued contract funding.**\nBenefits:\nPaid sick leave, Medical/Dental (optional), 401 (k) Retirement Plan (optional), Employer Paid Life Insurance, Employer Paid Short Term Disability, Optional Life Insurance.\nELYON International, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
