Developer\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developerto design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting a large-scale federal healthcare modernization integrations, and modern Salesforce development practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and enhancements.\nDevelop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flow.\nBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.\nTranslate functional and technical requirements into efficient Salesforce solutions.\nCollaborate with Salesforce Architects to implement solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and platform standards.\nDevelop reusable components, services, and frameworks that improve scalability and maintainability.\nParticipate in code reviews and follow established Salesforce development standards.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, data, and performance issues.\nSupport unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.\nDevelop and maintain appropriate technical documentation.\nSupport Salesforce releases, deployments, environment management, and production implementations.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives.\nCollaborate with DevSecOps teams to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.\nWork with administrators and business teams to determine when declarative versus custom development is appropriate.\nEnsure solutions align with applicable federal security, privacy, accessibility, and governance requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\n5+ years of software development experience, including significant hands-on Salesforce development experience.\nStrong proficiency with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nExperience with Salesforce Flow and declarative platform capabilities.\nStrong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data models, and platform security.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.\nExperience developing solutions within Salesforce Lightning Experience.\nExperience with version control and source-driven development.\nExperience supporting Salesforce testing, releases, and production deployments.\nKnowledge of object-oriented programming and software development best practices.\nExperience working within Agile development environments.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to meet applicable federal background investigation requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience supporting federal government, federal healthcare, or health IT programs.\nExperience with Salesforce Government Cloudor Salesforce implementations within highly regulated environments.\nExperience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud.\nExperience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.\nExperience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps/CI/CD practices.\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, or similar delivery tools.\nExperience supporting enterprise modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.\nPreferred Certifications\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I\nSalesforce Certified
