This role will lead Salesforce development teams responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and mission-critical solutions that support complex business operations and enterprise transformation efforts.\nThe Senior Salesforce Developer Lead will serve as the primary technical authority for Salesforce development activities, partnering closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevSecOps teams, and program leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of enterprise Salesforce solutions.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical teams.\nArchitect and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and modern development frameworks.\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.\nEstablish and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.\nConduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security, performance, and maintainability standards.\nDesign and develop complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.\nLead troubleshooting efforts and resolve highly complex production issues.\nSupport platform modernization, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.\nPartner with Solution Architects to implement enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.\nGuide Agile development teams through sprint planning, design sessions, and release activities.\nCollaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and delivery of high-quality solutions.\nSupport DevOps and CI/CD automation initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with federal security, privacy, accessibility, and governance requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 10 years of software development experience.\nAt least 7 years of Salesforce development experience.\nMinimum of 3 years leading Salesforce development teams within large enterprise environments.\nExtensive experience developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations.\nExpertise in designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions.\nStrong understanding of software architecture principles and secure coding practices.\nExperience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to obtain and maintain any required federal background investigation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting federal healthcare, health IT, or government modernization initiatives.\nSalesforce Platform Developer I Certification.\nSalesforce Platform Developer II Certification.\nSalesforce Application Architect Certification preferred.\nExperience supporting Salesforce Government Cloud implementations.\nExperience leading distributed development teams.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.\nSecurity Requirements\nMust be able to obtain and maintain any required federal background investigation or VA clearance.\nS.
