This will be a hybrid role where we expect employees to work from the office three days a week.\nIn this role, your work will involve:\nProduct Strategy & Vision:\nDefine and communicate the product strategy and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and company goals.\n\nWork closely with senior management and stakeholders to align the product strategy with business objectives.\n\nMarket & User Research:\nConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and market demands.\n\nUnderstand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.\n\nDefine user personas and use cases to ensure products meet user expectations.\n\nProduct Development:\nCollaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products that are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.\n\nPrioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business impact.\n\nManage the product development lifecycle, including setting timelines and milestones.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nWork closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure successful product launches.\n\nCommunicate progress, roadblocks, and product updates with stakeholders and teams across the organization.\n\nLead and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.\n\nPerformance Tracking & Iteration:\nDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.\n\nTrack product performance post-launch and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.\n\nIterate on product features based on data insights and feedback.\n\nStakeholder Management:\nPresent product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders.\n\nManage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.\n\nGo-to-Market Strategy:\nCollaborate with the marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies for product launches.\n\nEnsure proper communication and training for internal teams and customers during product releases.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.\n\n3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software industry.\n\nStrong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies.\n\nAbility to work with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, or other project management platforms.\n\nKnowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.\n\nExperience working with APIs and technical teams.\n\nData-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and user research methodologies.\n\nCompensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
