systems.\n\nConducting testing, technical design, and analysis of user stories and reported defects.\n\nSupporting testing through troubleshooting and defect resolution.\n\nRefining new user stories while assessing their technical feasibility and design.\n\nKey Requirements:\nHands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz), PUMA, MQ, DB2, JCL, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and ServiceNow.\n\nA university degree, ideally in information technology, computer science, or a closely related discipline.\n\nProven ability to take ownership of senior software engineering tasks, delivering according to project plans and mentoring less experienced team members.\n\nAbility to successfully complete complex tasks.\n\nStrong collaboration skills, including knowledge sharing and active participation in team objectives.\n\nFluency in written and spoken English to collaborate effectively with colleagues in Poland and Denmark.\n\nNice to Have:\nKnowledge of the financial sector, particularly in banking platforms related to payments and accounts.\n\nFamiliarity with microservice architecture.\n\nExperience in Java development.\n\nExperience with test automation.\n\nTech
