The role focuses on supporting product development through accurate modelling, simulation-driven design validation, technical problem solving, and continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and tools. The engineer serves as a subject matter expert in electronic simulation and provides technical guidance, mentoring, and training to engineering teams.\n\nMain Responsibilities\nPerform and document advanced simulations and analyses of analog and digital electronic circuits.\n\nDevelop, validate, and maintain simulation models for complex electronic components and systems.\n\nCreate and optimize scripts and automation tools to improve modelling, simulation, and data analysis activities.\n\nOwn and continuously improve simulation methodologies, standards, documentation, and tool-related resources.\n\nSupport engineering programs through simulation-driven design verification, troubleshooting, and risk assessment.\n\nAct as a technical expert for modelling and simulation activities across multiple projects.\n\nMentor engineers and support knowledge transfer within simulation and analysis disciplines.\n\nDeliver technical training related to simulation tools, modelling techniques, and best practices.\n\nParticipate actively in design reviews and provide simulation-based recommendations for product development.\n\nInvestigate and resolve complex technical challenges using advanced simulation techniques.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Hardware Design, Validation, System Engineering, and Product Development.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in electronic circuit simulation, modelling, or a related engineering discipline.\n\nStrong understanding of electronic components and analog and digital circuit design.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of electronic modelling and simulation methodologies, including:\nSPICE\n\nVHDL\n\nIBIS\n\nS-Parameters\n\nHands-on experience with simulation and analysis tools such as:\nLTspice\n\nHyperLynx\n\nXpedition AMS\n\nAnsys Electronics Desktop\n\nMaple\n\nMathcad\n\nEquivalent industry-standard simulation platforms\n\nExpertise in at least one advanced simulation domain while maintaining working knowledge across other simulation disciplines, including:\nWorst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA)\n\nSignal Integrity (SI)\n\nPower Integrity (PI)\n\nElectromagnetic (EM) Simulation\n\nTransient Analysis\n\nProven experience in solving complex engineering and technical problems.\n\nExperience in mentoring engineers, delivering training, and transferring technical knowledge.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication skills and ability to work within international, cross-functional teams.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.\n\nExperience within automotive, aerospace, industrial electronics, or high-reliability product development environments.\n\nExperience with simulation automation, scripting, and model development.\n\nFamiliarity with industry standards and design verification processes.\n\nTech
