Key responsibilities include:\nClarifying, documenting and communicating functional and non-functional requirements.\n\nDriving change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.\n\nStrengthening robustness and quality of applications supporting the business area.\n\nDelivering according to scope, quality and timelines.\n\nFacilitating agile collaboration across business, IT and external partners.\n\nProviding guidance to maximize customer value within your area.\n\nContributing to innovative and modernised application solutions.\n\nKey Requirements\nStrong requirements analysis skills.\n\nGood experience in business knowledge and banking.\n\nProficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.\n\nHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in T24.\n\nExperience working in a Bank.\n\nKnowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem.\n\nExperience in Snowflakes.\n\nOther Details\nThis role is preferred to be based in Poland (Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw).
