Together, we focus on process consistency, high-quality work, and efficiency - enabling us to respond quickly to client needs and continuously develop our capabilities.\nYour responsibilities\nEnd-to-end management of IT recruitment processes, from market analysis and sourcing to candidate onboarding.\n\nClose collaboration with Account Managers and participation in client business meetings.\n\nIndependent management of recruitment projects, including gathering and clarifying requirements.\n\nCoordination of multiple stakeholders: Account Manager, Team Leader, other teams, clients, and suppliers.\n\nBuilding positive relationships with candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.\n\nManaging several recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.\n\nYour profile\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (experience in consulting/outsourcing is a plus).\n\nEnglish at minimum B2 level.\n\nComfortable working in a process-driven environment that supports achieving better results.\n\nAble to advise clients and act as a strategic recruitment partner.\n\nThrives in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of the IT market and proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nWhat we offer\nMature, senior team (2 Team Leaders + experienced IT recruiters).\n\nClearly defined processes and transparent ways of working.\n\nEnvironment focused on development, measurable results, and continuous improvement.\n\nHybrid work model - 2 days in the Warsaw office.\n\nStable support of an international organization.\n\nWe empower companies with high-end IT services\nemagine is a high-end business, engineering & IT consulting company.
