You'll work side by side with Sales, Sourcing and REM, helping them move faster and stay organised. The role grows with you. Support recruitment projects (admin and documents)\nCreate and manage documents on the company drive\n\nCheck the quality of data and documents, and report errors\n\nPrepare Excel summaries and reports\n\nPrepare margin calculations following set rules\n\n2. Coordinate with other teams\nWork closely with Sales, Sourcing and REM to keep service quality high and delivery fast\n\nKeep data in our systems consistent and up to date\n\nFlag risks and delays early\n\n3. Improve how we work (the role evolves over time)\nRun existing automations\n\nSuggest ways to simplify repetitive tasks\n\nDocument processes and good practices\n\nWhat we're looking for\nRequired:\nExcellent accuracy and attention to detail\n\nConfident Excel skills (formulas, filtering, organising data)\n\nAbility to work across several systems at the same time\n\nClear written communication in Polish and English (conversational level)\n\nIndependence: you deliver your part of the process and raise issues when they come up\n\nStrong organisation and a good grip on deadlines\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in project administration, sales support, recruitment or PMO\n\nKnowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and CRM-type tools\n\nInterest in AI and automation (Power Automate, macros, scripts, AI chatbots)\n\nExperience working with clients or suppliers\n\nYou don't need IT or consulting experience.
