responsible for:\nOwning the RCA process for production incidents, diagnosing, resolving, and preventing future occurrences.\n\nContinuously monitoring service health and managing production support.\n\nDesigning, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\n\nEnsuring the stability of Pre-Production and Production environments.\n\nDocumenting operational procedures and known issues to enhance knowledge management.\n\nCollaborating with development and platform teams to improve operational feedback loops.\n\nIdentifying pain points and proposing automation strategies.\n\nEnhancing observability through dashboards and alerts.\n\nParticipating in service continuity initiatives and disaster recovery drills.\n\nKey Requirements\n5+ years in IT operations or production-facing roles.\n\nProven incident ownership from alert to RCA to prevention.\n\n2+ years working within an ITIL framework.\n\nExperience in Agile environments.\n\nExcellent English communication skills (C1 level).\n\nProficiency with Jenkins and CI/CD methodologies.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and independent investigation skills.\n\nExperience with log analysis tools like Splunk and Sysdig.\n\nFamiliarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.\n\nComfortable operating Kubernetes services.\n\nExcellent skills with Ansible and Docker.\n\nBasic scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation.\n\nNice to Have\nOperational experience with IBM Datastage.\n\nWillingness to learn Pega and Airflow.\n\nExperience with relational databases (Oracle, DB2).\n\nKnowledge of ETL application behaviors and Rest API communication.\n\nExperience with supporting distributed systems such as Kafka.\n\nJava development background for understanding integrations.\n\nTech
