Main Responsibilities The consultant will be responsible for: Owning the RCA process for production incidents, diagnosing, resolving, and preventing future occurrences. Continuously monitoring service health and managing production support. Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Ensuring the stability of Pre-Production and Production environments. Documenting operational procedures and known issues to enhance knowledge management. Collaborating with development and platform teams to improve operational feedback loops. Identifying pain points and proposing automation strategies. Enhancing observability through dashboards and alerts. Participating in service continuity initiatives and disaster recovery drills.
