language: English\nProject length: 12 months + possible prolongation\nStart: ASAP\nBudget: up to 51 euro\n\nResponsibilities:\nAssess the current credential management environment.\n\nDefine the target state architecture and requirements.\n\nDesign controls and implementation approaches for AWS Secrets Manager.\n\nDevelop migration plans for AWS-native workloads.\n\nLead the full lifecycle of the platform, including discovery and inventory, proof of concept, and enterprise rollout.\n\nCollaborate with IAM Platform, Operations, and other key stakeholders.\n\nProduce Solution Design Documentation and obtain necessary approvals.\n\nEstablish IAM/workload identity and least-privilege patterns.\n\nDesign integration with IAM, CMDB, SIEM, CloudTrail, and ITSM/GRC.\n\nCreate operational documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.\n\nMust Haves:\n6-10 years of experience in technical architecture.\n\nExtensive hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.\n\nAdvanced understanding of OAuth.\n\nStrong communication skills capable of engaging with diverse audiences.\n\nExperience in software lifecycle and application development.\n\nProficient user of Confluence.\n\nNice to Haves:\nExperience in financial services or highly regulated environments.\n\nFamiliarity with Privilege Access Management and other credential management tools.\n\nExperience in designing and implementing enterprise IAM Secrets Credential management.\n\nBackground in delivering security transformations in complex environments.\n\nUnderstanding of NIST,
