Experience with Now Assist is a plus.\n\nComfortable working within enforced development governance — coding standards, mandatory peer review, and structured documentation requirements.\n\nStrong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear specifications, documentation, and structured instructions.\n\nTechnical curiosity and a proactive approach to staying updated with advancements in AI and ServiceNow technologies.\n\nStrong background in IT processes and working within large organizations.\n\nPractical experience with SAFe and ITIL as daily workflow — linking stories, documenting deployments, and managing promotion through environments — not just certification-level awareness.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong presentation abilities.\n\nHigh cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones.\n\nNice to have: proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.\n\nOther Details: The ServiceNow program consists of approximately 50 dedicated individuals skilled in ServiceNow across multiple regions, responsible for the development, operations, and maintenance of the global ServiceNow platform.
