You’ll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Expect a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn, experiment, and grow as we embed AI into everything we do — from strategy to execution.\n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\n\n Assist in onboarding and partnering with our clients to ensure that they’re up and running with their services of choice and set up for success.\n\n Coordinate with clients to gather the requirements for their marketing campaigns release (including but not limited to EDM, Push Notifications, SMS etc.), build, review and schedule.\n\n Support the team in maintaining relationships with key point of contacts within the assigned accounts B2B clients/portfolios.\n\n Maintaining a consistent response and communication and ensuring client’s expectations are well managed.\n\n Liaise with the Solutions Engineer team for troubleshooting and problem resolutions, including escalations, documentations, post-mortem process.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n Available for a full-time internship (6 months, paid internship)\n\n Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Marketing, business, management in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements\n\n Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain ideas.\n\n Detail-oriented and organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.\n\n Curious mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n Quick and adaptable learner in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.\n\n Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.\n\n Basic knowledge of Google or Facebook Ads is a bonus.\n\n Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Email tools, CRM, CDP, Google Analytics) is a plus.\n\n Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents.
