Within this rhythm, you are the one who sets the tone, keeps the bar organized, and ensures every guest feels welcome and relaxed.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and attentive approach
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Take and process orders accurately through the point-of-sale system
- Recommend cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages based on guest tastes and preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Barman / Barmaid (preferred but not required)
- Possesses good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a positive, outgoing personality
- Can multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Pay attention to detail and take pride in quality service
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Holds responsible alcohol service certification (preferred)
