If so, Embark at Springville invites you to join our mission-driven team as a Behavioral Health Supervisor, a vital role in our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescent girls.\nNestled in the serene beauty of Hobble Creek Canyon, Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center-we’re a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12-17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach is family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational.\nResponsibilities\nLead and train 3-5 residential staff by providing guidance answering questions, modeling interventions, and managing escalated situations.\nProvide supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12-17) in a high-acuity residential setting.\nLead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents.\nGuide new hires through a structured, checklist-based on-shift orientation.\nAssign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth, efficient shift operations.\nConduct weekly 1on1 meeting's with direct supports. \nBe on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed.\nUphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff.\nParticipate in leadership meetings, relaying relevent information during treatment team meeting's as necessary.\nQualifications\nWhat we are looking for:\n2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting.\n1 year of leadership experience.\nExperience working with adolescent teenagers.\nSkilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations.\n\nStrong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support staff.\n\nComfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents.\n\nMaintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.\n\nRequired:\n Meets Core Requirements: Must be 21+, hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass a Utah State background check.\nBenefits\nRBT Certification Benefit: $1/hour pay increase for current RBT certification, or free training provided to obtain certification. \nPaid Mastery Program: Access to a 2-year structured training program offering an incremental pay increase as you complete each tier. \nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.\nPaid Parental Leave - Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.\nLife & Disability Coverage - Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.\n 401(k) with Company Match - Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.\nPTO & Holidays - Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.\n Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.\nEmbark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
