Ninth Street Greeley, Colorado 80634\nThe Shift Supervisor is a core member of the Treatment Team. The mission of the Shift Supervisor is to ensure safety through adherence to all Policies and Procedures, and to support clients in all aspects of daily life, ensuring their needs are met. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for aligning with the Program Director in establishing and maintaining a positive staff culture at Embark. This position will be expected to develop their shift team to run their shift smoothly.\nResponsibilities\nAchieve alignment with Program Director on initiatives and goals for the Residential Program.\nIntegrate Embark at Greeley culture, norms, and sustainable systems and processes for the long-haul.\nFacilitates the team to find practical solutions to problems.\nEncourages our staff to provide consistency to our clients.\nImplement and facilitate State required trainings.\nCollaborate with various work groups.\nQualifications\n21+ years of age or older \nCollege degree in Human Services or related field required. \nMinimum of two (2) years of experience working in a childcare setting required.\nAbility to pass pre-employment drug screen in concordance with Colorado State laws \nAbility to pass federal and state background checks \nCurrent Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain a Colorado driver’s license upon hire \nQMAP preferred but not required\nAbility to perform CPR and First Aid \nAbility to apply provided training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention\nPreferred - one year of experience working with adolescent populations \nAbility to plan, implement, and adjust to program or daily adjustments \nAbility to develop staff, lead a team and effectively demonstrate management duties\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.\nPaid Parental Leave - Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.\nLife & Disability Coverage - Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.\n 401(k) with Company Match - Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.\nPTO & Holidays - Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.\n Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.\nEmbark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
