The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java backend development, distributed systems, API integrations, and enterprise application architecture, with the ability to collaborate across customers, partners, and internal product teams. \nThis role requires a blend of solution design, hands-on engineering, SaaS implementation expertise, stakeholder management, and technical leadership to ensure successful customer onboarding and integration delivery. \nKey Responsibilities\n\nSolution Design & Integration Delivery\n\nPartner with customers, implementation teams, and business stakeholders to understand and define integration requirements. \n\nDesign and deliver end-to-end integration solutions for SaaS onboarding projects. \n\nDefine the logical sequence of integration activities and manage technical dependencies. \n\nDesign scalable, secure, and highly available integration architectures. \n\nCreate technical solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and integration documentation. \n\nEngineering & Development\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. \n\nBuild and maintain REST APIs and event-driven integrations. \n\nDevelop integrations with enterprise applications, third-party systems, and cloud services. \n\nImplement messaging and streaming solutions using Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ. \n\nWork with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL. \n\nParticipate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. \n\nCollaboration & Delivery\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. \n\nSupport Agile delivery processes and contribute to sprint planning and execution. \n\nDrive continuous improvements in implementation methodologies, documentation, and onboarding experience. \n\nWork with geographically distributed client and delivery teams. \n\nProduction Support & Troubleshooting\n\nLead the identification, isolation, troubleshooting, and resolution of integration-related issues. \n\nSupport cloud infrastructure and system components required for seamless integrations. \n\nEnsure system reliability, availability, and performance in production environments.\n\nRequirements\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. \n\n5-8 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise integrations, or SaaS implementation. \n\nExperience delivering at least one end-to-end SaaS implementation project. \n\nStrong hands-on experience in: \nJava \n\nSpring Boot \n\nMicroservices Architecture \n\nREST API Development \n\nSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) \n\nApache Kafka \n\nRabbitMQ \n\nExperience designing scalable and resilient distributed systems. \n\nStrong understanding of: \nData integration concepts and frameworks \n\nAPI-led and event-driven architectures \n\nNetwork protocols and enterprise integration patterns \n\nSecurity concepts in integration technology stacks \n\nHigh availability and clustering configurations \n\nExperience working in Agile environments. \n\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. \n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \n\nAbility to translate complex technical requirements into practical business solutions. \n\nStrong documentation and technical writing skills. \n\nExperience conducting technical design reviews and code reviews. \n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in SaaS product-based organizations. \n\nExposure to Azure Cloud services and cloud-native integration patterns. \n\nKnowledge of AWS or GCP is an added advantage. \n\nHands-on experience with: \nKafka Brokers setup and configuration \n\nKafka Connect Framework \n\nHTTP Connectors \n\nREST Connectors \n\nJMS Connectors \n\nExperience using architecture and modeling tools to create solution designs. \n\nDomain experience in: \nBanking & Financial Services \n\nEnterprise Software Platforms \n\nLarge-scale IT environments \n\nExperience working with globally distributed engineering and customer
