The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL, along with experience delivering scalable solutions in enterprise or hybrid-cloud environments.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with customer requirements and platform architecture.\n\n- Build well-structured, efficient, and testable applications and integrations using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL.\n\n- Lead technical activities across the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, and deployment.\n\n- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards and best practices.\n\n- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, translating business requirements into technical designs and configuration approaches.\n\n- Conduct technical workshops, design reviews, and solution demonstrations while managing client expectations and technical discussions.\n\n- Collaborate with product engineering, architecture, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and production readiness.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex integration and production issues, monitor system performance, and support system reliability, uptime, and data integrity.\n\n- Contribute to reusable implementation patterns, continuous improvement, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and consultants, providing technical guidance and supporting team capability development.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- 8 -
