You will design and implement architectures and processes for legacy application decommissioning, configure identity management solutions, and drive successful implementation in line with business requirements.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Design and implement IAM architectures and processes to support legacy application decommissioning.\n\n- Develop and configure Saviynt and SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions based on client requirements.\n\n- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.\n\n- Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes, workflows, connectors, and integrations.\n\n- Develop custom connectors and integrate IAM solutions with third-party systems.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.\n\n- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure solutions meet or exceed client expectations.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).\n\n- Strong hands-on implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and familiarity with Saviynt solutions.\n\n- Expertise in IAM concepts, identity lifecycle management, workflows, connectors, and integrations.\n\n- Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy IAM solutions.\n\n- Knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory (AD), and SQL is preferred.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.\n\n- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, M.Tech, or a related field.\n\nSkills\nSailPoint, Identity Management,
