You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, filling our sales pipeline with high-quality prospects, and supporting our sales team by identifying potential clients in key market segments. Your ability to understand client needs, prioritize prospects, and engage them effectively will be critical for success.\nWhat You’ll Do\n Represent Embat’s products, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and researching how they meet client needs.\n\n Generate leads and provide relevant data to our sales team for outreach.\n\n Define and prioritize prospects based on relevance and market opportunities.\n\n Maintain a pipeline of engaged prospects and collaborate with Account Executives to progress them through the sales funnel.\n\n Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and creative lead generation using databases, LinkedIn, calls, and partnerships.\n\n Proactively seek out new business opportunities and contribute to our marketing strategy.\n\n Who You Are\n A highly motivated, results-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine interest in finances.\n\n 2+ years of experience in sales development or similar roles, specifically in outbound lead generation.\n\n Experience with B2B SaaS solutions, especially within finance or fintech.\n\n Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus.\n\n Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.\n\n Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting tools.\n\n International experience and a passion for working in diverse, fast-paced environments.\n\n What comes with working at Embat?\nWe provide the platform for you to reach your highest professional and personal goals.
