This milestone is accelerating our international expansion and strengthening our ambition to become the AI-native treasury platform powering the next generation of global finance teams.\n\nWe are looking for an Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for activating and configuring Embat software for new clients. This includes our Treasury Management, cash flow forecasting, cash accounting, and payments functionalities.\nWhat will you do?\nConsult with clients to determine the best configurations for their business needs and long-term use of the software. Typically, you will interact with CFOs and their teams, which is pretty exciting!\n\nConfigure the software through the user interface to meet client needs and requirements, according to the project scope.\n\nConfigure the software through back-end databases, scripts, and software tools; track, manage, and provide regular updates on the progress of implementation projects.\n\nMaintain ongoing communication with client-side and internal stakeholders throughout the process.\n\nAct as an internal technical product knowledge resource during collaborative training, testing, and troubleshooting activities with team members and cross-functionally.\n\nProvide exceptional customer service to clients by phone, email, online, and in person.\n\nLead client-facing implementation kickoffs, requirements-gathering sessions, and configuration review meetings.\n\nCollaborate with our Product team by providing user feedback, conducting research and testing, and acting as an internal Product consultant.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree, college diploma in a related field, and/or equivalent experience.\n\n6+ years of experience in finance and software implementation projects, preferably with financial software such as TMSs or ERPs.\n\nExperience in finance, including accounting and treasury management.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, negotiation, and diplomacy.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully.\n\nA learner’s mindset, with the drive and ability to consistently improve your knowledge and abilities.\n\nNative or bilingual proficiency in English, with confidence communicating with clients day to day in English.\n\nLocation: This role is based in London and follows a hybrid working arrangement.\n\nAdditionally:\nCharm and engagement during client interactions, both verbal and written. Clients come first, and it's your job to understand what they need.\n\nInternational experience and additional languages are a plus.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
