The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with\nrigorous experimentation and a highly quantitative approach to growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn onboarding and activation. Diagnose where different acquisition cohorts drop off and design onboarding experiences that improve time-to-value and activation.\n\nDrive channel-level conversion. Partner with marketing across paid acquisition, organic traffic, SEO, partnerships, and viral loops to improve conversion efficiency.\n\nOwn free-to-paid conversion. Optimize paywalls, pricing, packaging, upsell flows, and other monetization levers.\n\nBuild a rigorous experimentation engine. Establish a consistent cadence of well-designed experiments with clear hypotheses, appropriate sample sizing, and reliable readouts.\n\nDrive retention and lifecycle growth. Improve engagement and resurrection through email, push, in-product messaging, and other lifecycle programs.\n\nSupport new product and market launches. Own growth instrumentation, funnel design, experimentation, and reporting for major launches and international expansion.\n\nWork with a high degree of autonomy and move quickly from insight to execution.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of Growth Product Management experience in a consumer or prosumer product-led growth environment.\n\nDemonstrated impact on metrics such as activation, conversion, free-to-paid conversion, retention, and monetization.\n\nDeep experience optimizing onboarding and user funnels, ideally across different acquisition sources.\n\nStrong experimentation background, including A/B testing, sample sizing, holdouts, and interpreting noisy results.\n\nHighly quantitative and comfortable working directly with data, including SQL and/or product analytics platforms.\n\nExperience with growth tooling such as Amplitude or similar analytics platforms, Stripe, GA4, attribution tools, and lifecycle platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.\n\nStrong product judgment and ability to identify high-leverage opportunities from a combination of quantitative data and user insights.\n\nComfortable working with distributed engineering teams in a fast-moving startup environment.\n\nAI-native working style and comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day product work.\n\nNice to Have\nConsumer AI or generative AI product experience.\n\nCreative tools, design software, or creator platform experience.\n\nSubscription pricing and packaging experience.\n\nInternational growth and localization experience, particularly across APAC, LATAM, or Europe.\n\nSEO or programmatic SEO experience.\n\nExperience as an early or first Growth PM who helped establish the growth function.\n\nCompensation & Location\nTotal Compensation: 300K-400K, including base salary, bonus, and equity, depending on\nexperience.\nLocation: Bay Area;
