This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support acquisitions and overall financial health.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee and manage all finance functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.\nLead accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.\nConduct monthly book closures, reconciliations, and variance analysis to maintain financial integrity.\nPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.\nEnsure timely and accurate tax filings, compliance with financial regulations, and statutory audits.\nSupport financial due diligence for acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration of new businesses.\nDevelop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, cost management, and profitability.\nCollaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve internal controls.\nCo-ordinate and provide analyses that support the decision-making of senior leadership\nManage, coach and mentor a team of finance professionals including\nProvide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.\nMaintain and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA certification is required.\n3+ years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in a SaaS/software or technology company.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.\nProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
