In this high-impact role, you'll contribute to technical architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and drive the development of our cloud-based asset tracking platform that helps enterprise customers save millions annually in operational costs.\nAs a Senior Developer in our collaborative environment, you'll work closely with product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions while contributing deep technical expertise and hands-on development.\nWhat You'll Do\nContribute to technical architecture and design decisions for our IoT-enabled asset tracking platform\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system designs\n\nMentor and support engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance\n\nPromote engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that directly impact customer success\n\nLead complex feature development with a strong focus on quality and scalability\n\nParticipate heavily in hands-on development while ensuring high technical standards\n\nContribute to solving technical challenges and evaluating architectural trade-offs\n\nRequirements\nTechnical Expertise\n8+ years of professional software development experience with production systems\n\nStrong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/Core for backend development\n\nExperience with web technologies: ASP.NET, Web API, React, and modern JavaScript frameworks\n\nDeep understanding of SQL, database design, and Microsoft SQL Server\n\nProven track record designing concurrent, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems\n\nSolid foundation in object-oriented design principles and design patterns\n\nExperience with message brokers and queuing systems (MQTT, RabbitMQ, etc.)\n\nTest-driven development mindset with strong unit testing practices\n\nCollaboration & Impact\nExperience operating as a senior individual contributor on complex systems\n\nSuccess launching complex software systems to customers\n\nExperience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growth\n\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native architectures\n\nKnowledge of ORMs (NHibernate, Dapper)\n\nContainer orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)\n\nFamiliarity with Redis and caching strategies\n\nExperience with IoT protocols and device communication\n\nBackground in integrating third-party APIs and external systems\n\nExposure to machine learning concepts and feedback loops\n\nUnderstanding of RFID, BLE,
