Report deviations and support preventive and corrective actions analysis aiming the delivery of products and services at their highest quality to customers.\nJOB RESPONSIBLITIES\nInspects the installation and operation of aircraft seats and other related equipment\nInspects work areas and practices to detect potential unsafe conditions.\nRead and understand the applicable technical information from Work Instructions, Drawings, Standards and Specifications.\nUse of inspection tools and test equipment's applicable to the activity.\nPerform necessary work registers as requested by production and quality documents\nPrepare technical reports of quality deviations for engineering analysis.\nPerforming dimensional and visual inspections\nReviewing documentation\nMaintaining electronic inspection document files\nPerforming dimensional inspections to drawings, including filling out First Article Inspection Reports and Non-Conformance Reports.\nPerforming aesthetic visual inspections according to customer specifications, including completing detailed squawk reports in PowerPoint.\nInteraction with multiple department employees and management to discuss quality findings and issues.\nSupport process of preventive and corrective actions plan analysis.\nESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nEducation:\nH.S. Diploma or GED.\nExperience:\nTechnician Role requiring Intermediate Skills to perform most of the standard tasks within the technical area assigned to.\nGenerally 0-3 years of experience in area of responsibility experience\nAssembly work experience plus two years inspection experience in a production environment.\nDesired: Prior Inspector work experience with aerospace quality systems that meet FAA requirements.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nAbility to read technical documents and interprets the information - metric system.\nUnderstand procedures, acting in problem solving, suggesting improvements\nSafety and operating procedures for power-on aircraft\nApplication and use of precision measurement instruments and test equipment's.\nTeam worker\nLogic thinking\nDetail oriented\nGENERAL COMMITMENT FOR ALL EMPLOYEES\nCommitment to company values and complies with department norms, policies, directives, and procedures.\nIncorporates Lean and P3E processes and concepts into daily activities.\nStrive for continuous improvement to processes and procedures.\nHonors and protects confidential and proprietary documents and information.\nSatisfies work schedule requirements.\nThe job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required by the employee.
