This on-site role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory handling, and smooth execution of inbound and outbound activities. The position requires a hands-on planner with prior experience in planning or warehouse operations, capable of independently managing day-to-day planning tasks while supporting operational execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlanning & Coordination\nDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans for inbound and outbound activities.\nManage, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely inbound deliveries.\nMaintain and update production and work order plans; proactively identify and escalate potential delays or bottleneck.\nCoordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, Sales Support) to ensure effective execution of plans.\nWarehouse Operations\nSupport inbound and outbound warehouse operations as required, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with planning activities.\nParticipate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations. \nProcess & Compliance\nEnsure data accuracy and timely updates in ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite)\nSupport reporting and analysis related to inventory, inbound performance, and planning adherence\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with inbound and outbound warehouse processes\nKnowledge of inventory management and logistics best practices\nEducation and Competencies\nBachelor’s degree in Logistics and supply chain, Business administration or Engineering\nMinimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in planning, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations \nDetail-oriented and structured working style\nGood communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally\nAbility to work full-time on-site in an operational environment\nAbility to work independently on routine planning and coordination tasks.\nPractical experience working with ERP/WMS systems in a live operational environment and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nProactive and solution-driven mindset\nTeam player with a hands-on attitude\nStrong coordination and planning skills\nGood command of English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a plus)\nStrong analytical skills (Excel, Tableau or Power BI)\nOur Culture and Work Environment\nAt Aaeon Europe, we believe in fostering a supportive, professional, and collaborative workplace.
