Join us, and let’s improve lives together.\n**This position is eligible to work from home anywhere in the United States**\nEssential Functions:\nAssist with development and maintenance of Claims training materials, job aids, and learner resources.\nHelp review and update existing training content to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nDevelop microlearning or Claims IQ-style learning resources.\nReview, audit, and update the Claims Training SharePoint site to ensure resources, links, and training materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with business processes.
