We need proactive and hands-on, who can own employee devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, IAM, asset management, onboarding/offboarding automation, and the overall digital employee experience.\nYou'll work closely with Security, IT, vendors, and business teams to make sure employees have secure, reliable, and convenient access to the tools they need.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and improve the end-user technology environment: laptops, mobile devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, Google Workspace, Slack\n\nManage IAM, SSO, access policies, and secure access to key SaaS applications\n\nBuild and automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and access revocation\n\nManage endpoint security and device lifecycle across remote and distributed teams\n\nMaintain asset management processes: hardware inventory, regular reviews, lifecycle replacement\n\nOversee Service Desk and support operations, ensuring fast and high-quality issue resolution\n\nManage vendors, SaaS providers, licenses, and contracts to avoid unused or overlapping tools\n\nStandardize EUC processes across the company and drive self-service, automation, and zero-touch provisioning\n\nRequirements:\n7+ years in IT, including 3-5 years in End User Computing, Workplace Technology, IT Support Management, Client Services, or Desktop Engineering\n\nExperience with MDM / UEM tools such as Jamf, Google Endpoint Management, Workspace ONE, or similar\nUnderstanding of endpoint operating systems: macOS, Windows, mobile platforms\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration\nExperience with ITSM processes and tools: incident, asset, change management;
