We are developing an ecosystem of products and services and are looking for a Middle Platform Engineer to join our infrastructure team.\nYou will help develop our shared engineering platform, automate infrastructure, and enable development teams to deliver changes to production quickly and safely.\nThis role is a good fit for an engineer with practical DevOps experience who wants to grow into Platform Engineering and SRE, gradually taking on greater responsibility for system reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure across cloud and bare-metal environments.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.\nBuild and improve GitLab CI pipelines and reusable build and deployment templates for development teams.\nMaintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Helm.\nImprove monitoring, logging, and alerting, and participate in incident investigation and resolution.\nDevelop internal tools and automation using Python or Go.\nContribute to improvements in networking, secrets management, and access controls.\nHelp developers use the platform, handle infrastructure requests, and turn recurring tasks into automated solutions.\nRequirements\nPractical commercial experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or SRE.\nStrong Linux skills and an understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, and DNS.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift in production environments.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management, preferably using Terraform and Ansible.\nPractical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with Helm and GitOps principles.\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools, including participation in infrastructure incident investigations.\nPython or Go programming skills for task automation.\nThe ability to explain your technical decisions, collaborate with developers, and take tasks through to completion.\nNice to Have\nExperience working with both cloud and bare-metal infrastructure.\nHands-on experience with GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Harbor.\nFamiliarity with Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Mimir, OpenTelemetry, Loki, or ELK.\nExperience with Cilium, Nginx, Traefik, Gateway API, or Cloudflare.\nExperience with Vault, Keycloak, and vulnerability scanning tools.\nExperience operating databases, message brokers, and object storage.\nExperience building reusable infrastructure modules, CLI utilities, or self-service tools for developers.\nWhat We Offer\nRemote-first company -
