This is not a list-building role: we expect you to turn lead generation into a measurable, automated system that shortens the sales cycle and drives revenue growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nResearch, identify and engage B2B leads across English-speaking markets.\nBuild targeted lead lists based on ICP hypotheses and market segmentation.\nDesign and launch multichannel outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.\nHandle inbound replies, manage objections and book qualified meetings.\nQualify leads and hand them over to the sales team with full context.\nTrack key funnel metrics and run A/B tests on messaging, sequences and targeting.\nOptimize and automate lead generation processes using outreach and data tools.\nShare market feedback with sales and marketing to refine positioning and ICP.\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales in English-speaking markets.\nProven track record of designing and executing lead generation strategies aligned with business goals, backed by real cases and numbers.\nHands-on experience with email and LinkedIn outreach automation tools (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Sales Navigator, Expandi or similar).\nAbility to build hypothesis-driven lead lists and segment target audiences.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nSolid understanding of how organizations are structured, who makes buying decisions, and current trends in IT.\nStrong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key lead generation metrics.\nAbility to optimize and automate lead generation workflows.\nEnglish at B2+ to C1 level.\nNice to have\nExperience in fintech, blockchain/crypto or IT.\nExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar).\nWhat We Offer:\nRemote-first company -
