We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.\nWe are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to strengthen our international compliance function and support operations, product launches and partnerships across multiple jurisdictions. This role is a strong fit for an experienced professional who combines hands-on compliance expertise with sound regulatory judgment and a practical, business-oriented approach.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport company operations in line with AML/CFT, Travel Rule, sanctions, VASP requirements and applicable financial regulation.\nDevelop and update compliance policies, procedures, risk assessments and internal controls covering KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring/KYT, EDD, Travel Rule and third-party risk.\nConduct KYB and due diligence on partners, vendors and other counterparties, assessing corporate structures, UBOs, regulatory status, licences, AML, sanctions and reputational risks.\nManage the company’s corporate onboarding with banks, payment institutions, crypto exchanges and other financial partners: prepare KYB documentation and questionnaires, communicate with compliance teams and resolve requests through to completion.\nConduct compliance reviews of new products, services, payment channels, partnerships and crypto transaction flows before launch, identifying risks and defining appropriate controls.\nAssess regulatory risks associated with new jurisdictions, customer segments and operating models.\nSupport EDD, transaction reviews and escalations involving high-risk customers and transactions.\nWork with external advisers, auditors and banking and payment partners; prepare compliance reports, risk assessments and internal memos for senior management and the Board.\nMonitor regulatory developments in key jurisdictions and translate relevant changes into practical updates to company processes and controls.\nRequirements\nAt least three years of experience in Compliance, AML, Regulatory Compliance or Financial Crime.\nExperience in crypto, fintech, payments, e-money, brokerage, trading, banking or another regulated financial environment.\nStrong knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks, the risk-based approach, KYC/KYB, sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening, transaction monitoring and EDD.\nPractical experience conducting KYB and due diligence on partners, vendors and other counterparties.\nExperience developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, risk assessments and internal controls.\nAbility to independently assess new products, business models and transaction flows, identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate controls.\nUnderstanding of Travel Rule requirements and blockchain analytics/KYT controls.\nAbility to work independently across Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations, Finance and Management.\nStrong professional English at B2+ level or higher, including written communication, documentation and discussions with international partners.\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail and sound judgment, with the confidence to defend compliance decisions and propose practical risk mitigation measures.\nChallenges\nWorking across multiple jurisdictions with different regulatory frameworks in a rapidly evolving crypto/VASP environment.\nSupporting licensing initiatives and the launch of new legal entities, products and partnerships.\nIntegrating compliance into product development and operational processes while balancing regulatory obligations with business priorities.\nMaking timely, well-reasoned decisions with incomplete information and providing clear, actionable guidance.\nMaintaining an independent compliance position under business or deadline pressure while helping teams find workable solutions.\nWhat We Offer\nRemote-first company -
