transaction lifecycle, and reconciliation\nStrong understanding of how to store and move money between systems safely: decimal precision, operation keys, idempotency, consistency, and auditability\nStrong production experience with Go, PostgreSQL, gRPC / REST, and Kafka\nReal experience applying microservice patterns to financial systems: Saga, compensation, distributed transactions, outbox, idempotent consumers, and reconciliation loops\nExperience integrating external providers via REST, including timeouts, provider-side statuses, delayed reversals, and \"our side / their side\" reconciliation\nStrong PostgreSQL beyond CRUD: transactions, isolation levels, unique constraints, locks, indexes, and EXPLAIN\nStrong Kafka knowledge: partitions, consumer groups, offsets, rebalancing, delivery guarantees, ordering, and safe horizontal scaling\nActive use of AI agents in development, with a practical understanding of spec-driven workflows and harness
