You will be responsible for specific clients, Account Managers and up to 20 service technicians.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nResponsible for overall productivity for all work in your area.\nWork with service coordinators to ensure timely scheduling/execution of each job.\nEnsure profitability of Service Contracts\nEnsure profitability of Quoted and T&M work\nPerform part/material procurement for all work in your area.\nReview open calls to ensure timely completion.\nEnsure PMs are completed timely and in accordance with contractual obligations.\nDevelop a relationship with customers within his/her assigned region or territory through.\nConsistent contact via email, telephone, etc.\nPersonal visits as required\nManage customers (as needed) located within their region.\nHave a complete understanding of each customer’s maintenance contract.\nEnsure services are being performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the maintenance contract as sold.\nPrice all work requests in your area.\nSupport the Account Managers as needed for your clients.\nOversee all daily functions of Field Foreman and Technicians.\nMonitor technician skill levels and provide necessary training.\nPerform technical support to your field technicians as needed including weekends and nights. \nPerform field safety and quality site visits.\nEnsure the technicians are compliant with all company policies and procedures. \nThe above represents the basic overview of the responsibilities with the intent of increasing compliance to company policies and increased productivity of our service field team.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of HVAC experience in a leadership role, managing a team of inhouse and field professionals.\nMinimum of 10+ years technical experience within a mechanical contracting environment.\nAbility to work with the customer to find mutually satisfactory solutions to difficult issues.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Word.\nExcellent communication skills - verbal and written.\nThe highest level of professional and ethical behavior is expected at all times. \nValid driver’s license\nWork Environment\nMonday-Friday\nBenefits\nAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
