The successful candidate will work on-site at construction projects nationwide.\n#shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-Onsite #Foodtech\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nAssist the Construction Manager with daily jobsite activities, including site reports, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, and punch-list activities.\nRoutinely walk project sites to ensure work is being performed safely and meeting Food Tech schedule and quality standards.\nMaintain and track the master project schedule.\nHelp ensure site safety requirements are consistently met and assist on-site safety personnel in addressing identified issues.\nAssist the Project Manager with monthly project reports covering permitting, schedule, budget, quality, and customer needs.\nReview and understand subcontractor scopes of work.\nRead and interpret construction drawings and specifications.\nCoordinate with building officials to request required inspections.\nHelp ensure approved materials are properly incorporated into construction.\nIdentify conflicts or omissions and coordinate with the Food Tech Design Team to resolve them.\nOther duties as required.\nQualifications\n3+ years of relevant construction experience.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with others.\nTeam-oriented with a positive, professional approach.\nAbility to develop firm but fair working relationships with subcontractors.\nAbility to communicate project challenges early and effectively.\nUnderstanding of construction quality control and scheduling.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and related construction technology.\nOSHA 10/30 training.\nExperience with food and beverage facility construction is a plus.\nExperience with the design-build delivery method is a plus.\nRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.\nBenefits\nFood Tech offers a competitive benefits package, including:\nCompetitive compensation based on experience.\nMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.\n401(k) program with company match.\nPaid time off.\nAnnual bonus opportunities.\nReimbursement for:Professional licensing\nCertifications\nContinuing education\nProfessional memberships\n\nReady to bring your construction leadership experience to projects across the country?
