In this position you will be responsible for assisting in all areas in the Billing Department. You will make sure that deadlines are met, and work is completed in a timely fashion.\n#shambaugh #LI-TS #-Onsite\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nInteract daily with Project Managers to get billings out in a timely fashion\nMaintain and keep the billings log to know timing deadlines for billing utilizing AS400\nInteract daily with supervisor and manager to assist them with work orders and paperwork, job submittals, and assure all inventory is updated electronically\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nAssociate Degree in Finance and/or Business or equivalent work experience\nExperience with AS400 a plus \nT&M billing experience a plus\nAIA billing experience a plus \nMust be a self-starter and able to work with diverse group of construction personnel\nProficient in Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel \nDependability, strong work ethic\nRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required\nBenefits\nWe are committed to providing Shambaugh & Son employees and their families with a comprehensive benefits package.
