Service Management oversees the planning, execution, and maintenance of electrical systems, leads a team of electricians, ensures compliance with safety codes, and manages operational, financial, and customer service aspects of the department.\nPlease Upload Resume.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nThe Electrical Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of electrical services. This role blends technical expertise with leadership and operational management, making it critical for both facility operations and client satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership & Training Hire, train, and manage electricians and technical staff; conduct weekly team meetings; mentor and develop staff skills\n\nOperational Management Oversee daily operations, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems; review and file project reports; coordinate emergency service requests\n\nCompliance & Safety Ensure all work meets electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations; implement and monitor safety programs\n\nCustomer Service Serve as the primary contact for service-related client concerns; build and maintain strong client relationships; resolve complaints promptly\n\nFinancial & Resource Management Set and track departmental budgets; manage equipment, tools, and inventory; review project estimates for profitability\n\nProcess Improvement Develop and improve departmental policies and procedures; suggest initiatives to increase efficiency and revenue.\n\nCollaboration Work with other facility leaders, executives, and subcontractors to align operations with company goals.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nTechnical: Experienced and strong knowledge of electrical codes and systems.\n\nLeadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate technical teams; strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities; ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers\nDependable and reliable\nAbility to work flexible hours\nAbility to travel, when needed.\nOperational: Experience in facility operations, project management, and safety compliance\n\nBusiness: Budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-control skills\n\nBenefits\nWe offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
