As a Human Resources Co-Op, you will support HR operations by helping with recruitment tasks, onboarding new employees, and maintaining HR databases. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to a collaborative team environment.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nSupport HR Business Partners with HR special projects, including process improvement projects and data analytics and migration.\nAssist with maintaining confidential personnel files, updating HR databases, and ensuring compliance.\nAssist with recruitment, tracking applicant data, scheduling interviews, and onboarding paperwork.\nOther duties and projects as assigned.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or a related field.\nIn lieu of pursuing the above-mentioned degree, extensive comparable experience may be considered.\nBasic understanding of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Compliance.\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must in this role.\n#LI -onsite\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
