Job Summary Dallas Mechanical Group (DMG) is looking for a collaborative and customer focused Inside Sales professional who combines strong sales knowledge and industry experience with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The Inside Service Sales professional supports the Service Sales team in achieving sales, customer service, and project management objectives. This position plays a key role in coordinating sales opportunities from initial identification and proposal development through project booking and order tracking. The role works closely with Sales team members, customers, national accounts, equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to help ensure opportunities and projects are managed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
