Our services are provided by six specialized units focused on weatherization, water efficiency engineering, lighting, airflow controls, HVAC, and infrastructure solutions.\nJob Summary\nThe Warehouse Material Assembler is responsible for processing, cutting, and assembling Q-Lon weather-stripping products while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and in team settings, maintains high safety standards, and brings consistent detail to repetitive tasks.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nCore Assembly: Measure, cut, and assemble Q-Lon materials according to specific order guidelines using a chop saw (entry-level operating knowledge required).\nShipping & Receiving: Occasionally assist with receiving incoming stock, preparing/assembling outbound shipments, and staging orders for transport.\nMaterial Handling: Occasionally load and unload freight trailers; occasionally operate a forklift (onsite training provided).\nFacility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment through daily general housekeeping.\nSafety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:\nSelf-Motivation: Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with teammates.\nFocus & Stamina: Able to perform repetitive, detail-oriented assembly tasks consistently and accurately.\nEquipment Knowledge: Basic entry-level familiarity with a chop saw; willing to undergo and pass forklift operation training.\nPhysical Capability: Comfortable working in an environment that is heated during winter but non-air-conditioned during warmer months.\nSafety First: Commitment to wearing all designated PPE and maintaining a clean work surface.\nMust be able to listen to and follow instructions\nAbility to work well with minimal supervision\nDetail oriented\nAbility to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma required\nPhysical Demands\nLifting frequently.
