You’ll oversee all phases of BAS /BMS project execution-from engineering and programming to installation and closeout-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.\n#havel #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-onsite\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.\nLead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers.\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.\nManage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys.\nSupport technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.\nEnsure compliance with budget and schedule targets.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.\nInterest in managing HVAC, BAS, BMS or control system installations.\nExcellent communication, organization, and time management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).\nWillingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.\nRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.\nBenefits\nWe are committed to providing Shambaugh & Son employees and their families with a comprehensive benefits package.
