Responsibilities may include: Operating crane under supervision, inspect crane on routine basis, Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities, Operate crane according to signals, Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads, read load charts and calculate lift requirements per manufacturer requirements, and ensure load is safely attached to crane prior to lift.\nRequirements\nNCCER or NCCCO certification for type of crane operating.\nMust pass Repcon Crane operator and Rigging craft test.\nCurrent Basic Orientation Plus (Safety Council Card) or within 3 months expiration.\nCurrent TWIC card\nHave three (3) or more years’ experience in your craft.Follow established job-site safety and work regulations, as well as maintaining a safe and clean work area.
