Works with the Procurement Manager - Operations to identify and implement process efficiencies\nAssists in employee development focusing on both training for their current job and developing skills for future roles and responsibilities\nParticipates in sourcing activities when required to ensure deadlines and goals are achieved\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience\n3-5 years of HVACR/Construction experience preferred\nDetail Oriented\nFlexibility and Adaptability\nTime Management\nCommunication\nHighly Proficient in Microsoft Excel\nPhysical Demands\nGeneral office. Must be able to operate a computer and telephone and other office productivity machinery (i.e., a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer).
