If you thrive in a high-volume environment, enjoy solving problems, and have a passion for accuracy and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.\n#nemsi\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nProcess and manage high-volume weekly service order billing across multiple service groups.\n Ensure accurate service order costing using standard cost accounting methodologies. \n Review and interpret service agreements to validate billing accuracy and compliance. \n Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies through research and collaboration with internal teams. \n Apply state-specific tax regulations and prevailing wage requirements to service work performed throughout New England. \n Maintain detailed records and ensure timely invoice generation. \n Partner with service, operations, and accounting teams to support efficient billing processes. \nContribute to continuous process improvements that enhance accuracy and customer satisfaction.\nQualifications\n Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. \n 2-3 years of billing, bookkeeping, accounting support, and customer service experience. \n Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles. \n Experience working with ERP or accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar platforms. \n Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. \nSkills and Attributes for Success\n Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. \n Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \n Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload in a deadline-driven environment. \n Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n Strong organizational and follow-through capabilities. \n Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. \n Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing quality service. \nWhy You'll Be Successful in This Role\nYou are someone who enjoys working with numbers, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring every detail is correct.
