Essential Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service / Taking service calls from customers via telephone and e-mail. Develop, maintain, and update customer-specific service records within company systems, SharePoint sites, and customer-maintained portals. Ensure service documentation, work orders, equipment records, and compliance-related documents are accurately uploaded and maintained. Monitor customer portals for new work requests, updates, required documentation, and service completion requirements Communicate with Managers regarding potential return calls, customer concerns, recurring equipment issues, and service trends requiring management attention.
