The Data Entry Specialist 1 major duties and responsibilities include generating tracking metrics and productivity reports for distribution. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.\n#egs#LI-JC1\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nMaintain and operate in CMMS\nProvide customer support to clients who schedule service work orders\nSupport dispatching and administering work orders to facility personnel (mechanics, engineers, etc.)\nMaintain current work order tracker and pull data from CMMS to organize important information\nUpdate equipment, machinery, structural and systems data into the CMMS\nMonitor/update work orders and PM Program database\nTrack/file projects\nOther administrative tasks as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh school Diploma or Equivalent\nMinimum two years of experience in data base management/entry\nProficient in data entry\nMeticulous and detailed oriented\nGreat communication and customer service skills\nExceptional interpersonal skills\nTeam first mentality\nMust have a TS/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph\nPhysical Demands\nThe requirements below are needed to effectively carry out job duties.
