As a Project Manager, you’ll report directly to the Director and VP in a client-facing role that requires building strong relationships both in and outside the office. You’ll develop through hands-on experience, peer collaboration, and ongoing technical training.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nEssential Job Responsibilities:\nCompliance with company, client, and project policies\nJob site safety and adherence to company national policies\nGenerate estimates, review project proposals\nEstablish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for projects $100M+\nSupervise project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements\nCollaborate with the customer to clarify and meet expectations before, during, and after project completion\nWork directly with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery\nLead efforts for billing early and collecting often\nConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues\nDevelop and maintain strong client and employee relationships\nAssist leadership in the planning of future labor/material needs of the project\nProvide consistent reports and updates to senior management\nForecast financial direction to course correct as needed\nDevelop project scopes and budgets\nManage RFPs and Change Management Forms\nMentor subordinates to support their development\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nREQUIRED\n3+ years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience\n1+ years building large scale, complex IT/Telecommunications Infrastructure projects, including Data Centers installations\nExperience with Data Center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out\nExperience with retrofits in operational facilities and cross-discipline critical facility systems\nStrong computer skills and quick to learn new systems\nAbility to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure\nEffective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time\nCommitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills\nTactful conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities\nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
