Danforth Company, you will drive the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that power our business. You’ll lead technical decision-making across ERP, applications, integrations, and analytics while guiding teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support enterprise growth and transformation.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nServe as the technical lead across ERP, applications, integrations, and analytics, ensuring scalable and aligned solutions.\nTranslate business priorities into clear, executable delivery plans and technical solutions.\nEnforce architecture, data, and security standards while supporting complex design decisions.\nLead technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions while minimizing rework and technical debt.\nMentor and develop engineers, establish consistent engineering practices, and build team capability.\nCollaborate with business and product stakeholders to deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide solutions.\nPartner with project coordination resources to maintain efficient delivery flow.\nIdentify and mitigate risks, resolve technical tradeoffs, and ensure stability across initiatives.\nQualifications\n7-10+ years of experience in software, data, or enterprise application engineering.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nExperience leading technical teams and delivering across multiple initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise platforms, integrations, and application architecture.\nExperience with ERP, data, or analytics environments.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanicaland electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure,we offer employess a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and sucess.
